When clients accept At Home HealthCare as their in-home care provider, we expect our employee's to be willing and able to provide but not limited to the following; Personal Care Help with bathing and grooming Dressing Eating Assistance Walking Help moving from a bed, wheelchair, or toilet Homemaking Picking up prescriptions Preparing meals Light housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting, dishes, changing linens/bed making, laundry, ironing) Garbage removal Shopping Companionship Care Reading Conversation playing games Scrapbooking Puzzles General
Responsibilities:
Immediately call the office to report any changes in the patient's condition, situation, or incident.
Follow plan of care by performing identified tasks Protect patient rights to confidentiality of patients and families in accordance with the HIPAA regulations Maintain confidentiality of agency, staff, and client information Prepares and submits signed, weekly time sheets for each patient.
