The Cleaning Technician responsibilities and duties include :
Post-Construction Cleaning Maintenance and cleaning the job site during construction We clean buildings from top to bottom before clients move in, giving the customer the cleanest possible environment.
Some demo Clean and clear debris Perform routine cleaning of equipment, vehicles, and facility Other duties as assigned The Cleaning Technician candidate will display the following :
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work in situations with minimal supervision Possess a full range of body motions and be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds to perform regular duties Ability to handle cleaning agents Ability to learn the operation of and handle industry-related tools equipment Possess a smart phone to perform work-related tasks on apps Ability to work from a lift and/or lift certification a plus but not required Cleaning and/or construction experience preferred, but not required.
