Welder/Fitter
Express Employment is searching for a MIG/TIG/STICK Welder for our Valued Client in Warren, OH.
Pay:
$23.
00/hr
Shift:
This is a 1st shift position.
M-Th 6am-4:
30pm.
Shifts may vary based on demand
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Take measurements to plan layouts
- Set up welding machine according to specifications
- Weld components using semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Test all machine welds to ensure quality
- Hand weld any leaks found during the quality penetration die test
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1
years welding experience - Read a tape measure
- Welding certs a plus
- Dependable and reliable
- Good attendance and positive attitude
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form
- Ability to push, pull or lift 50 lbs regularly
