We are looking for an experienced Business Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the business office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Business Assistant must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with clients and other members of the team.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and ordering facility supplies.
Coordinating meetings.
Completes new hire paperwork.
Managing special projects.
Booking conferences and travel arrangements.
Prepare documents for meetings and presentations.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Other duties as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
