Warren, OH Warren, OH Full-time Full-time $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up with patients as necessary - Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized - Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff members - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of insurance verification processes and billing procedures is a plus Job Type:
