Must be able to multitask, work independently, exercise good judgement, have customer service and critical thinking skills.
Daily duties include but are not limited to; answering multiline phones, screening calls, taking patient intakes over the phone, verifying insurances over the phone and online for coverage and prior authorization, collecting and posting patient payments to system, charging patient appointments to system, typing/mailing letters and correspondence, computer skills are necessary, scanning and faxing along with other office duties.
Shifts vary (open, middle, and closing shifts) and alternating some Saturdays around 26
hours a week.
Office/medical experience necessary.
Starting at $14/hour with possible increase according to performance.
