Responsibilities:
Demo work - (Tearing out cabinets, flooring, tubs, tile, drywall) Carpentry (replacing/installing cabinets, doors & bi-fold doors) Painting/Staining (walls, ceilings, trim, and appropriate prep) Drywall/Sanding/Patchwork Light Plumbing (snaking sinks/toilets, changing valves, toilets, faucets, traps etc.
) Installing locks for unit doors Light Electrical Daily reporting and maintenance logging Delivery & pick up of materials Clean & organized job site skills (Required) Requirements:
Valid drivers license Pass a background check and drug screening Work flexible hours General safety knowledge Communicate Self-motivate High School Diploma/GED One year of related field experience (preferred)
