RESPONSIBILITIES Enjoy a Low Staff to Resident Ratio at 1-14 Must report to work as scheduled and remain in good standing Ensures resident-centered care, clinical customer service, routine daily nursing care and can be not only a member of the Team, but an independent thinker as well Coordinates delivery of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Documents care delivery via Point of Care (POC) and effectively communicates changes relative to that care delivery Acts in accordance with all established regulations, guidelines and standards that govern long-term care and ensures facility standing in geographic area Participates in Continuing Education as required by supervisor or state/federal guidelines QUALIFICATIONS Must have valid RN licensure in good standing in State of Ohio Healthcare experience/knowledge, social confidence and compassion for patients/residents Understand medical terminology Ability to thrive in a fast-past environment Knowledge of basic keyboard/computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Must maintain patient confidentiality at all times Demonstrate tact, patience and good communication skills in dealing with patients/families, staff and the public BENEFITS Weekly Attendance Incentive 403B Retirement program with company match, immediate vesting Medical, Dental, Vision PTO and Paid Holidays Job Type:
