Shifts:
Warren Riverbend Center -Full Time - Day Shift Riverbend Center - Full Time - Afternoon shift Riverbend Center - Part time - Weekends only - 6am-6pm Youngstown Broadway Crisis - Full time - Afternoon Shift Outpatient - Day shift
Responsibilities:
Interactions with residents are therapeutic and advance the goals set forth in the Pharm plan/ITP.
Formulation on Psychiatric/ Pharmacological Management Plan Individual med-somatic education includes monitoring medications for therapeutic effectiveness, risk/benefits of compliance, sign/symptoms of decompensation, observing mental status, educating and monitoring medical issues as indicated.
Spontaneous interactions and activities.
Teaching and consultation with residents in matters related to medication and medical issues.
Demonstrates competency in obtainment and documentation of client vitals.
Judgements made about clients or activities on residents' behalf are appropriate both to the individual's functioning and the agency's risk tolerance standards.
Admission, discharge and step-up concerns/observations communicated to clinician Reviews available information prior to admission and during the course of stay Decisions regarding resident's medical needs Medication management duties:
Storage, handling, ordering and administration according to agency policy and generally accepted medical practice.
Documentation is complete and timely.
Insures that sufficient psychosocial and medical referral information is available as soon as possible.
Assessments, progress notes/billing logs and Psychiatric Pharmacological Management Plans are submitted within the agency timeframes.
Facilitates the acquisition of an adequate amount and quality of referral information as needed to provided services Makes collateral contacts to gather more psychosocial information.
Medication logs in client carts are current with physician orders notes/signed, all required elements of the chart are present, current and filed in a timely manner.
Documentation is clinically accurate and substantive.
Meets agency's productivity standards.
Psychiatric Pharmacological management Plan, health assessment, aims exam, billing logs, risk assessment and termination summaries.
Progress notes/billing logs clearly indicated medical necessity/functional impairment and refer to the pharm plan.
Doctor's orders, medical problems, etc.
Interactions with essential others is constructive and serves to advance the quality of care, the therapeutic milieu in the facility and the agency's standing in the community:
Peers and supervisors, other service providers, Family and significant others.
other concerned members of the community, Interactions with physicians and other health care providers.

Participates actively and productively in agency meetings and case reviews.

Miscellaneous medical Duties.
Performance indicators:
Infection control resource, Medical resource to other agency programs.
Sign off on health assessments.
Phlebotomy (lab drawings), Urine drug screen collection.
Injections performed only under the presence of a CNP.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant Minimum of one to two years social service and/or behavioral health related experience in a residential treatment facility is preferred.
Experience working with co-occurring disorders is beneficial.
Must be competent in drawing blood.
Knowledge of Electronic medical record systems.
Microsoft office products.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
