Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries - Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Perform proofreading of documents and correspondence - Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager or healthcare provider - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
