- Conduct presentations to customers, reviewing the features and benefits and how they meet the customer's needs assuring a great delivery experience --Present options for Manufacturer's subscription services and aftermarket accessories Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions - Collaborate with the sales management team to meet monthly sales targets - Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory available aftermarket accessories and promotions - Utilize effective Marketing and communication skills to grow the Dealerships After Market Department and maintain high customer satisfaction reviews per the Manufacturer's requirements
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, car sales or a related field is helpful - Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience for customers Requirements:
