The Plant Manager will be responsible for the Safety, Operations, and Maintenance of the site.
The successful candidate must work well with other departments to realize overall company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure company procedures and policies are adhered to and modify when needed.
Meet production goals while adhering to safety and product quality standards.
KPI achievement, communication, and review with team members.
Leads and drives root causes and corrective actions and ensures corrective action effectiveness.
Adherence to equipment reliability programs.
Develop and achieve Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Develop and budget for department training required to improve managerial and technical skills.
Foster and motivate team.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Ten years of experience working as a Manufacturing Manager with a proven record of building results achieving teams.
Developing new talent.
Safety and Environmental Leadership.
Knowledge of Process Safety and Risk Management.
Able to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Solid communication skills, willing to engage one-on-one, and listen to front-line employees.
Ownership of responsibilities and willingness to work whatever schedule is required.
Successful Project Management experience.
Engineering / Technical Degree or equivalent experience Ability to utilize MS Office Apps in daily work activities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
