About JobThe Account Management Manager will help lead the account activities between Foxconn EV System and our customers.
They will manager the accounts of all existing customers on any commercial and account related issues after the business is secured.
Some tasks may include RFQ or ECN reviews, business case development, PO reviews, customer meetings and the first level of escalation on any customer commercial issues.
They will lead all the account management team to ensure all commercial and customer issues are resolved.
This role provides exciting opportunity for the candidate to be part of the Foxconn's EV journey and grow with it.
Job Responsibilities Manage status and progress of all ongoing change pursuits Support customer meetings reporting out on account management status First develop escalation customer contact for any ongoing commercial issues Manage the business case development and quote to any customer Review PO's to ensure they match the agreed to pricing and customer payments Document management of all agreed to contacts and PO's Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Education and Ideal Experience Bachelor's degree in Business related field.
A minimum seven to ten years of experience in sale or business development is required.
Speak effectively before groups of customers, suppliers, or employees of the organization.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
).
Preferences and Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish and maintain professional, effective working relationship within and outside the company.
Must be self-directed with exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; Strong project management skills to keep team and actions on track to completion.
Strong background in contract negotiation Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented Ability to work independently on tasks Motivated to learn and develop incredible on-the-job experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demands This position is based in Lordstown, OH, willing to have candidates work hybrid in the Michigan area but will need to travel to the Ohio facility for special projects, meetings and events.
The factory has both office area and shop floor area.
The noise level in the office area is generally quiet.
Wearing of personal protective equipment's (PPE) when visiting the shop floor or when visiting a supplier's manufacturing locations is required.

Travel is minimal (35%) for this position.
