Good organizational & communication skills Ability to work under minimal supervision General knowledge of railroad operations Ability to delegate/prioritize & complete assigned duties REQUIRED Valid Driver's license Ability to pass eRailSafe background check (post offer) Ability to work off shift and weekends a must.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT These positions will primarily be working in the rail yard in all- weather situations.
These positions may require bending, climbing, twisting and kneeling (over 4 hours).
