This position is responsible for the daily supervision of Warehouse Associates and performing other duties to ensure customer orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner while still following all food safety and associate safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned):
Supervises and plans workforce labor:
picking and loading of customers' orders and receiving inbound product.
Ensure all customer orders are loaded properly and all accompanying paperwork is complete and accurate.
Ensures all safety standards are upheld by Warehouse Associates and all equipment is in good working order.
Enforces all Quality standards.
Coach, mentor, and guide warehouse Associates to meet standards of work.
Suggests improvements to operation processes.
Monitor workforce requirements and confer with Shift Manager regarding Associates' overtime hours to maximize labor utilization and minimize labor expense.
Communicates and enforces work rule changes.
Provide guidance and consultation to Associates pertaining to employee relations issues, interpretation of Company policies and procedures, and compliance to applicable employment laws.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
