NEOCAP NEOCAP Warren, OH Warren, OH Full-time Full-time $21 an hour $21 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago NEOCAP is a Community Based Correctional Facility that provides program interventions to eligible felony offenders that includes education, employment, cognitive behavior therapy, substance abuse treatment, and family outreach during their 4-6 month sentence to our program.
We are currently seeking a Resident Supervisor to join our staff.
The successful applicant must possess a professional interest in the corrections filed and be able to multi-task in a highly structured and fast paced environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is a team player, coachable, and values an environment with established procedures.
Through our training program you will learn de-escalation techniques, crisis intervention, and become certified in First Aid/CPR.
We are a 24 hour residential program looking to fill afternoon turn positions.
Afternoon turn is from 4p to12a.
In addition, the afternoon turn schedules rotate on a monthly basis ensuring that staff get several months of weekends off.
Resident Supervisor responsibilities include but not limited to:
Communication skills to effectively communicate with others, especially in stressful situations.
Monitor resident movement and behavior.
Directs and Re-directs resident's behavior.
Makes entries in computer log to ensure exchange of pertinent information.
Respond to any safety or medical issues.
Transport residents, searches property, and conducts alcohol and urine screens.
